Simplymation · No-code systems for lean B2B

Discover the value hidden in your processes.

Your ERP, your B2B portal, your marketplaces and your accounting tool don't talk to each other. Your operations team is the integration. We design and build the system that replaces them – in weeks, in a stack you can run yourself.

01 · Position

A small, well-organised company should be able to compete with the giants.

We help lean B2B companies in Europe go through digital transformation – without standing up an IT department.

Dashboards. B2B portals. Internal operational tools. Integrations between ERP, marketplaces, e-commerce, CRM and accounting. Delivered in weeks, in a stack the company can keep running itself.

We don't sell hours of Make. We don't sell "AI-powered" anything. We design and own the system end-to-end, and we tell you when something isn't worth doing – including when AI shouldn't be in the room at all.

If your stacks don't talk to each other and your operations team is quietly holding the seams together – we should talk.

02 · What we deliver

One coherent system, not five disconnected tools.

  1. 01

    Internal systems & dashboards

No-code applications – built on Airtable, Softr and other platforms – that give your team one place to work with data from all of your systems. Real-time sales dashboards, warehouse panels, pricing control, CRM tailored to your category.

    No-code · Low-code

  2. 02

    Custom B2B solutions

Tailored tools for the way your customers actually work with you – order intake, pricing visibility, agreement management, self-service flows that replace email back-and-forth. Sized to your category and your margin.

    Self-service · Order to cash

  3. 03

    Integrations & automations

Your ERP, marketplaces, accounting, CRM and warehouse stop being separate islands. Orders flow without re-entry, prices stay in sync across channels, the operations team stops being the integration. We choose the platform; you keep the result.

  4. 04

AI, where it earns its place

Hours back in your week. Invoices, orders and supplier emails read themselves. Pricing drafts, product copy and order summaries arrive ready to review instead of ready to write. AI shows up only where it removes work or eliminates errors – never as a badge.

01 · Diagnosis

First, we see the whole organisation.

Sales, operations, accounting, support. Every flow that exists, every flow that should exist, every shadow process holding it together. We don't propose anything yet. We map.

02 · Process analysis

Then we choose where the pain is heaviest.

Operations is almost always where the cost is hiding — the manual reconciliations, the spreadsheet bridges, the people doing integration work by hand. We look there first.

03 · Build

We connect the work into a process.

Three small jobs become one workflow. The data flows by itself. The dashboard shows reality, not what someone remembered to type in. Nothing is decorative.

04 · In motion

And then it runs.

The four departments stop being four departments and start being one organism. The owner stops signing exception approvals every Monday. That's the deliverable.

Four company departments become one connected operational workflow while the section scrolls. SALES ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS SUPPORT
04 · On AI

We start with the fundamental question – will it give you value, or only sound like it does?

  1. 01

A tool, not a value in itself.

We use it where it actually improves things – automatic document reading, email classification, price generation, order summarisation, data extraction from invoices. We don't use it because it sounds nice in a deck.

  2. 02

No chatbot where nobody wants one.

Your team doesn't need an "AI assistant" attached to every screen. They'll either ignore it or come to resent it. We design for the person doing the work, not for the press release.

  3. 03

    Solid logic, not hopeful prompts.

Where a business rule is clear, we use a rule. Where context matters, we use a model. That distinction takes expertise – and it's the expertise we bring.

  4. 04

The simplest path to the outcome wins.

If a customer wants to book an appointment, a form does it in seconds – cheaper, more reliable, and more pleasant than an AI voice assistant routing them through a conversation. We start from what the customer actually wants and walk backwards. Sometimes that ends in AI. Often it doesn't.

  5. 05

AI earns its place in the system.

Every AI deployment we ship is measured in hours saved or errors eliminated. Not in feature lists. Not in tweets.

05 · Selected work

Systems your team runs.
Not your IT department.

We replace fragile, manual processes with automated systems – built in weeks and run by the client's own team.

CASE STUDY · 01

Pricing for 7 countries, changed from one screen. Not 30 spreadsheets.

Price updates used to live in offline Excel, re-keyed by hand across every market and channel. Now the commercial team makes one change and it flows everywhere – correctly, and without IT.

06 · How we work

Four ways to engage. Each with a clear shape and a clear price.

We don't sell hours of tooling as a commodity. We take responsibility for a working business outcome – and we tell you when an engagement isn't worth starting.

  • Diagnosis & roadmap

Audit of processes, map of systems, identification of the highest-ROI moves, plan of action. The output is a document you could hand to anyone – including someone who isn't us.

    Fixed price · 1–2 weeks

  • End-to-end implementation

We design and build the system from first principles to running operation, in stages by ROI priority.
Each stage is scoped, priced, and shipped on its own – so spend never runs ahead of working output

    Fixed price · staged delivery

  • Continuous partnership

Ongoing care of the system, evolution as the business changes, response to whatever new shape the business takes next. Starts with a 3-month minimum, then runs month-to-month – cancel on 30 days' notice.

    Retainer · 3+ months · 1 month notice

  • Strategic advisory

A sparring partner for technology decisions. Build vs. buy. ERP selection. AI strategy. We charge for the call, not for the conclusion.

    Per session · fixed rate

07 · Team

Two people. Both senior. Both end-to-end.

No account layers. No hand-offs to juniors. The people you meet at the start are the people who build, ship, and own every project.

Portrait of Michał, no-code architect

Michał

No-code Architect · Ex-PM

Fifth Make Community Champion · ever

Before no-code, Michał ran operations as a project manager in ecommerce and logistics. He's seen how orders, pricing, and stock actually move through a business – and where they break. That's the lens he builds with: the system has to fit the work, not the other way around.

Today he designs and builds complete automation systems – from the first whiteboard sketch to production deployment, across no-code architecture, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows.

Portrait of Marta, UX writer and UX specialist

Marta

UX Writer · UX Specialist

UX Research · Content Strategy · Usability

Marta leads the human side of every project – from early research and information architecture through interface language and usability review. She works where most no-code teams stop: at the point where a system technically functions but the person using it doesn't know what to do next.

Her background combines UX strategy, product writing, and deep user understanding. She makes complex systems legible, navigable, and genuinely usable – not just delivered.

Most no-code agencies design tools that work technically and confuse users. We cover both sides of that line.

Notes on the practice. No newsletter pop-ups.

The value is already inside your processes. Let's surface it.

A 30-minute diagnostic. No deck, no pitch, no follow-up sequence. We listen, we look at your stack, we tell you whether we're the right people – or whether you should keep looking.
